5. How can I place an order on the website?
There are many ways for you to place an order on the website
a. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
b. Add the chosen product to your cart.
c. Click on "Check Out" to proceed with the order.
d. Enter your personal details and re-check your order.
e. Once all your details are filled correctly, click on "Continue" to proceed to payment details.
f. Choose your desired payment mode and click on "Continue To Payment".
g. If you choose to pay online, fill your payment details and click on "Complete Order."
6. What is your return policy?
Universal Experts can accept any return only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or is defective. In such cases, the product should be in an unused and undamaged condition. The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice as well. Other than that, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered.
7. How will the refund be given?
The amount to be refunded will be transferred to the same payment mode through which the payment had been made by the customer. It takes 5-7 business days to the refund to reflect in the customer's account as per the bank policy.
8. How to cancel my order?
You can log in to your Universal Experts account and cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled, once dispatched which happens within 24-48 hours of order placement.
